IranPhoneLine does not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease or otherwise transfer any personal information collected through IranPhoneLine software or service to any third party outside the IranPhoneLine network. IranPhoneLine will not read, listen to, or disclose to any third parties private e-mail, conversations, or other communications that are transmitted using IranPhoneLine services except as required to ensure proper operation of our services or as otherwise required by law. As we continue to develop our business, we may buy or sell companies, subsidiaries, or business units. In such transactions, customer information is generally one of the transferred business assets, but remains subject to pre-existing Privacy Policies (unless the customer consents otherwise). Also, in the event that IranPhoneLine or CarrieX FZCO parts or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will be one of the transferred assets.

In order to provide You with VoIP Services or other services you have requested, IranPhoneLine may sometimes, if necessary, share your Personal and Traffic Data with carriers, partner service providers and/or agents, for example the PSTN-VoIP gateway provider, distributor of IranPhoneLine Software and/or VoIP Service and/or the third party banking organization or other providers of payment services. IranPhoneLine will always require these third parties to take appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect Your Personal Data and Traffic Data and to observe the relevant legislation.

Please be informed that, notwithstanding the abovementioned, in the event of a designated competent authority requesting IranPhoneLine or IranPhoneLine’s local partner responsible towards such authority, to retain and provide Personal and/or Traffic Data, or to install wiretapping equipment in order to intercept communications, IranPhoneLine and/or its local partner will provide all necessary assistance and information to fulfill this request.

IranPhoneLine shall take appropriate technical measures to protect the confidentiality of the Communications Content via its IranPhoneLine Software and VoIP Services, with due observance of the applicable obligations and exceptions under the relevant legislation.

IranPhoneLine reserves the right to modify the provisions of this Privacy Statement if deemed necessary. We will inform you of these changes on the Website. You agree that by continuing to use the IranPhoneLine Software or VoIP services following the publishing of the revised Privacy Statement you indicate your acceptance of the Privacy Statement.

TERMS:

1. IranPhoneLine-Out Service: [the service which enables you to make calls to PSTN/Mobile Users] (outbound) calling
2. IranPhoneLine-In Service: [the service which enables you to be called by PSTN/Mobile Users to your IranPhoneLine-In number] (inbound) phone numbers, and related telephony features
3. IranPhoneLine-In Number: the individual telephone number assigned to you either by IranPhoneLine or by IranPhoneLine-In number provider, for the use of IranPhoneLine-In service
4. Account: refers to your account for the payment and usage of one of the VoIP services
5. Terms of Service: means these general terms and conditions, irrespective of the form in which these general terms and conditions are presented to you, which cover and form part of the agreement
6. VoIP service: also known as Voice over Internet Protocol, means the payable services provided by IranPhoneLine and/or IranPhoneLine’s partners, including but not limited to, the IranPhoneLine-Out service, IranPhoneLine-In service and other services that IranPhoneLine may add thereto from time to time
7. PSTN User: refers to the user on the Public Switched Telephone Network.
8. IranPhoneLine-In number provider: means a service provider who has the license to allocate telephone numbers in the country where such numbers have been issued and with whom IranPhoneLine has entered into an agreement for the allocation of telephone numbers to subscribers of the IranPhoneLine service.
9. Prepaid Debit Account: A prepaid account which the end users deposit funds into for the cost of calls, monthly plans, and other charges to be deducted from.
10. IranPhoneLine Telephone Number: The individual number assigned to you by IranPhoneLine for In-Network calling among IranPhoneLine account holders. IranPhoneLine Telephone Number is free of charge and for exclusive use of IranPhoneLine registered customers.
